Transplanted in late summer for a November harvest, our broccoli program is designed for peak freshness. Every crate is hand-harvested, immediately cooled to 34 degrees, and iced to lock in quality before it hits the truck.

We cultivate 800-900 acres of peanuts and extensive acreage of soybeans, harvested and dried in our facility for wholesale processing.
