Farming is in the Dupree heritage, but the industry has changed, and so has the farm.
As a third-generation grower, Nicholas Dupree understood that carrying the family legacy meant more than just planting seeds—it meant evolving the business to feed a growing world.
After graduating college, Nicholas partnered with his father to diversify the family operation. While the original Dupree Farms established a reputation for hard work and integrity, Nicholas and his wife, Kimberly, saw an opportunity to take that foundation further. They launched Dupree Farms Produce with a specific mission: to shift focus entirely toward food production and specialized retail packaging.
Transitioning fully away from tobacco in 2021, the Duprees dedicated their acreage to sweet potatoes, broccoli, and peanuts. Today, Dupree Farms Produce is not just a farm; it is a sophisticated logistics and packing operation. By managing their own controlled-environment storage and packing lines, Nicholas and Kimberly ensure that the quality grown in the field is exactly what arrives at the distribution center.
The Dupree Standard
Unlike corporate consolidators where buyers are passed between sales reps, Dupree Farms Produce is owner-operated. Nicholas handles sales and operations personally, ensuring that every contract is honored and every concern is addressed by the person with their name on the building.

Produce Packing Manager
As Operations Manager at Dupree Farms, Jeremy Blackmon brings over 15 years of supervisory and management experience to ensure clients consistently receive the highest standards of quality and reliability. He oversees daily operations with a sharp focus on maintaining strong grower relationships, managing inventory, and training staff on food safety and customer service.
Jeremy’s extensive background allows him to problem-solve quickly and adapt to seasonal demands, ensuring that operations run smoothly even during unexpected supply challenges. By prioritizing quality control, cost management, and clear communication, he guarantees that customers always receive fresh, properly handled products on time, driving the ongoing success of the farm.
Outside of the fields:
Jeremy rarely leaves his love for the outdoors behind. You can usually find him working with his hands, gardening, or running equipment. Above all else, he cherishes the time spent with his wife and two daughters. This deep love for family ties perfectly into his ultimate bucket-list goal: taking a coast-to coast road trip across the United States.
Whether he is exploring new towns, taking in the beauty of the country's natural landmarks, or just hanging out in their own backyard, Jeremy looks forward to sharing life's adventures and creating unforgettable memories with his family.

Farm Manager
As a Farm Manager at Dupree Farms, Brandon Stancil brings 13 years of specialized experience in seed, chemical, and fertilizer management for row crop production. He is dedicated to helping clients maximize profitability and ROI by combining deep agronomic expertise with hands-on operational oversight.
From planting through harvest, Brandon makes data-driven decisions on crop selection, fertility programs, and pest management. By seamlessly blending the science and business of farming, he ensures crops receive the right inputs at the exact right time, optimizing yields, improving soil health, and protecting each client's long-term investment season after season.
Outside of the fields:
Brandon’s life revolves around his family and a shared love for America's pastime. He and his wife spend most of their weekends at the local baseball diamond, cheering on their two sons who share his lifelong passion for the game. This love for baseball also inspires his top bucket-list goal: traveling across the country with his family to visit every Major League Baseball stadium.
For Brandon, whether he is taking in the rich history of a new ballpark or simply being present for everyday moments at home, sharing life's adventures with his wife and boys is what matters most.
